Cancelation Policy

Payment Terms

To secure any booking a 20% deposit is required, however this is reflective of our cancellation policy. Please see below.

Please beware Bloom requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Please be aware we operate strictly on this policy and you may be charged your deposit if you cancel on the day or fail to show on the day of your appointment. 

Terms & Conditions

Day of your Appointment

Please be aware that all of our treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation time, preparation time and also your treatment. For your safety and well being, a consultation form must be completed upon your first visit, so please try to give yourself enough time to find parking and our shop. 

If you arrive too late to your appointment we have the right to refuse service due to our limited appointment time. You may have to reschedule. We understand that things happen from time to time, and with a call ahead or any form of communication we may be able to accomodate you. But this isn’t always the case especially on peak days. 

 

Children

We understand finding someone to look after your little one may not be an option. We may not be able to watch over your littlies during your appointment, and many of our appointments require for you to be quite still with your eyes closed, especially during a tattoo appointment as this can move your muscles. 

If you need an after-hours appointment you can contact Meghan on 0447 067 766 to arrange this. We are more than happy to accomodate. For shorter appointments, this is able to be arranged with notice. So please ensure they’re near yourself or in their pram under your watchful eye. Bring as many toys and snacks as you please!

Health/Medication

We have a duty of care to you. And will ask upon every visit about medications or any changes to your health. If you have started taking any form of medication that thins your skin or blood, i.e warfarin, its important you mention this to your therapist. Same with any form of acne medication i.e roaccutane, doxycycline or any topical cream that is medicated. 

Any information you provide is strictly confidential and used only for business purposes. If you fail to disclose any information about medications, medical procedures and health conditions I cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions caused from withheld information. Please advise me of any changes to skincare or medications. 

Recent surgeries and medical procedures can have drastic effects on your skin health and reactions so please don’t withhold.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and we encourage you to use them within 12 months of purchase, but will redeem all vouchers within reason. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

How do I book an appointment? 

All bookings are preferred to be made via this website! Simply click the home page and click “book now”

When will I receive my confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email soon after you book your appointment, then you will receive a reminder text 24hrs before your appointment.

Where are you located?

We are located on 27 Gresham Street in Adelaide, off Hindley street. You will see my handpainted sign on the door on the left if you are coming off Hindley Street, or on the right if you are coming up North Terrace.

Is there parking?

There are two car parks you can use and to save money, book ahead the day of your appointment. You will feel so organised and stress free knowing you can drive straight in!

14-24 Wilson Rosina Street Car Park has $7 parking for 1hour r or $12 for 1-2 Hours. 

This car park does not do online bookings and you can pay at the car park, 

Rosina Street is a 450 m walk to Bloom and takes about 5 minutes to walk to Bloom!

If you want to book ahead you can park at the Hindley Street Wilson Park. 

This is only $9 on a Saturday if you book ahead with the app. For after hour night appointments, parking Is $6 if you book ahead. For appointments during the day, if you book ahead daily parking is $16. 

How do I change my booking?

Once you have placed a booking online, you are able to log back on and amend your appointment. Please note, this can only be done within a 24 hour window, as per our cancellation policy. You can also text, call, email or contact our social media platforms!
